Shipping Policy for 8-Bit Legacy
At 8-Bit Legacy, we understand the importance of getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. We ship through USPS and UPS, and all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
For deliveries within the United States, we offer 3-7 business day delivery estimates. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 and a $5 flat rate shipping price for orders under $35.
We cannot ship to international addresses at this time.

Return Policy for 8-Bit Legacy
At 8-Bit Legacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a free 30-day return policy for full in-store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@8bitlegacy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item(s).
Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Any returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. You will receive the full refund in the form of in-store credit if the product was delivered undamaged, and the option of either in-store credit, direct refund or exchange if the product arrived damaged, broken or not functional.

Warranty Policy for 8-Bit Legacy
At 8-Bit Legacy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our games.
Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage that may occur during normal use of the product. If you receive a damaged game or if a game stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of the purchase date, we will be happy to offer an in-store credit.
