Looney Tunes: Back in Action is an action-platform game for the Nintendo GameCube tied to the live-action and animation film of the same name. You control Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, switching between them as levels require, and use their differing abilities to fight enemies, solve simple obstacle puzzles and reach new areas. Stages take you through varied locations drawn from the film's globe-trotting plot, with collectibles scattered through each one and boss encounters closing out sections. Combat is straightforward melee and item use, and some segments break from on-foot platforming for vehicle or chase sequences. The presentation uses cel-styled cartoon characters, slapstick animation and voice work in keeping with the Looney Tunes shorts. It supports a single player.
