SingStar 80s is an entry in Sony's karaoke series for the PlayStation 2, built around a themed set list of pop and rock tracks from the 1980s. You sing into a USB microphone while the lyrics scroll across the screen over the original music video, and the game reads your pitch and timing against the melody line, awarding points for how closely you match it. Solo play works through the song list for high scores, while multiplayer options let two singers compete head to head or pass the microphone between turns. Duet and battle-style modes make use of the second microphone. The interface is simple to pick up, with difficulty coming from the songs themselves rather than from complex controls, which suits group play.
This listing is for an authentic original disc — no reproductions. Every product we sell is cleaned and tested before it ships, and our games are backed by a 1-year warranty. Choose Game Only or Complete (CIB) above.
