Line Rider 2: Unbound brings the browser-based Line Rider concept to the Nintendo Wii. Using the Wii Remote as a pointer, you draw lines on a blank canvas and then release a sledding rider who follows whatever track you have created, obeying momentum and gravity. Steep drops build speed, gaps launch the rider into the air, and a badly placed curve sends him tumbling off the sled. Different line types behave differently, letting you build accelerating stretches, scenery that has no physical effect, or surfaces the rider interacts with. Alongside free drawing, the game includes structured levels with goals to reach and objects to collect, so you are solving a puzzle by constructing the path rather than steering directly. Created tracks can be saved and replayed.
