Gun is a third-person Western action game in which you control Colton White, a frontier hunter pulled into a search for answers about his own history. The game world is open, letting you travel between towns, canyons and plains on foot or on horseback and take on side activities such as bounty hunting, herding cattle, poker and prospecting between story missions. Combat centres on revolvers, rifles, shotguns and explosives, with a Quickdraw ability that slows time so you can line up shots, plus melee attacks and mounted shooting. Money earned from jobs pays for weapon and equipment upgrades. Cutscenes carry a story of betrayal and revenge across the frontier.
