Final Fight One is a handheld conversion of the arcade beat 'em up for Game Boy Advance. The Mad Gear gang has kidnapped Jessica, and you move left to right through Metro City's slums, subway, bay area and other districts, clearing each screen of thugs before facing a stage boss. All three arcade characters are selectable: Haggar with his wrestling throws, Cody with balanced attacks and a knife, and Guy with speed and quick strikes. You grab enemies, throw them into each other, pick up pipes and blades, and break scenery to uncover food that restores health. Two players can team up cooperatively using a link cable. The presentation is adapted to the handheld's screen, and the game includes unlockable alternate versions of characters drawn from the Street Fighter Alpha series.
