Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town brings the farming life to Game Boy Advance. You take over a neglected farm outside Mineral Town and work it back into shape, clearing debris, tilling fields and planting crops that suit the current season. Animals including cows and chickens need feeding and care, and their products can be shipped alongside your harvest for income. Money goes back into better tools, seeds, livestock and buildings. Foraging, fishing and mining give you additional things to do between chores. The town runs on a calendar of seasonal festivals, and residents follow daily schedules, so getting to know them means learning where they are and what they like. Befriending and courting one of the town's bachelorettes can lead to marriage. Play continues at your own pace across in-game years.
