This is the Game Boy Color conversion of Street Fighter Alpha, Capcom's 2D fighting game, subtitled Warriors' Dreams. It scales the arcade game down for the handheld with smaller sprites and simplified backgrounds, and works around the two-button layout so that punches, kicks and their different strengths can still be performed. Fights take place as one-on-one bouts over rounds, with special moves entered using directional motions in the usual Street Fighter fashion. The roster draws on the Alpha line-up, mixing Street Fighter regulars with characters from the wider Capcom fighting canon. Alongside the single-player run of CPU opponents, the cartridge supports head-to-head play between two systems using a link cable. It is a compact take on the series aimed at portable play rather than an arcade-identical conversion.
