The Tower SP is a skyscraper construction and management simulation for the Game Boy Advance. You start with an empty plot and gradually add floors, filling them with offices, apartments, shops, restaurants, hotel rooms and other facilities. Tenants move in and pay rent, but only if they can reach their destination, so laying out elevators, escalators and stairs sensibly is as important as the rooms themselves. Overcrowded lifts and long waits make occupants unhappy, which affects your building's rating and income. As the tower grows you unlock larger and more demanding facilities, and you must balance construction costs against ongoing revenue. Play is presented from a side-on cutaway view showing every floor at once, with small figures moving between them, and the pace can be sped up or slowed as you watch the day cycle.
