Wii Sports is a collection of five sports played with the Wii Remote's motion controls. Tennis puts you in doubles matches where you swing to return the ball while movement is handled automatically. Bowling has you hold a button, swing your arm and release to send the ball down the lane. Golf uses a full backswing and follow-through across a set of holes. Baseball focuses on pitching and batting, and boxing uses the Wii Remote and Nunchuk together to throw punches and guard. Mii characters stand in as the players and spectators. Each sport tracks a skill level that rises and falls with your results, and there is a fitness test that samples several events to estimate a daily fitness age. Training drills for each sport are also included.
