This Game Boy Advance version of Finding Nemo retells the animated film's story in handheld form. You play through episodes based on the movie, swimming as Nemo, Marlin or Dory as the plot moves from the coral reef out into the open ocean and on to the aquarium in the dentist's office. Levels are short and varied: some are side-scrolling swimming stages where you avoid hazards and predators, others are chases or simple objective-based challenges tied to a scene from the film. Controls are limited to movement, dashing and interacting with objects, with a difficulty level pitched at younger players. Between stages, still images and text carry the story along. It is a licensed platform-style action game rather than an adaptation of the console versions.
