Medabots AX: Rokusho is a Game Boy Advance game based on the Medabots franchise, in which you battle customisable robots. Rather than the turn-based structure of some other entries in the series, AX focuses on more direct arena combat, where you control your Medabot and its parts against opposing machines. Winning fights earns you new parts, and you build your robot by swapping head, arms and legs, each of which supplies its own attacks and stats, along with a Medal that determines behaviour and specialities. This is the Rokusho version, one of two parallel releases that differ in the parts and Medabots you encounter, and the two can be linked for head-to-head battles and trading. The presentation follows the anime's characters and setting.
