Tak: The Great Juju Challenge on Xbox is a 3D action platformer in which Tak and his teammate Lok take part in a competition of shaman trials. You switch between the two characters, whose differing abilities are needed to overcome obstacles, fight enemies and work through the puzzle sections that make up the contest's events. Juju magic powers Tak's special moves, used both in combat and to change the environment. Two players can play together, each taking one character, or you can handle both alone by swapping on the fly. The series' cartoon presentation continues here, with colorful stages, oversized creatures and comedic dialogue between the two leads. The Xbox version shares its structure with the other console releases.
