Pin-Bot brings the Williams pinball machine of the same name to the NES as a video pinball game. The table has a science-fiction theme built around a large robot face, with the eyes and mouth acting as targets and passages for the ball. You use the flippers to keep the ball in play, work the ramps and lanes to trigger table features, and try to build up your score before draining your remaining balls. The playfield scrolls vertically as the ball moves, so the view shifts between the upper and lower halves of the table. Play is limited to a single table, with high scores as the main goal for one player or players alternating turns.
