A first-person space combat game for the NES. You fly a fighter craft from an in-cockpit view, with instrument readouts framing the window and a star field ahead, and engage enemy ships in open space. Play involves flying between areas, tracking targets on your displays, managing your ship's systems and shields, and docking with friendly stations to repair and resupply. Combat is a matter of lining up enemy craft in your sights as they move across the view, while the surrounding gauges tell you how much punishment your ship can still take. The presentation is deliberately technical rather than cinematic, and the pace is slower than a scrolling shooter, so the game rewards players who like reading instruments and navigating as much as shooting.
