A CD-based rail shooter for the Sega CD that uses full-motion video for its backgrounds. Your ship follows a fixed path through pre-rendered CGI environments while you steer around the screen, firing at oncoming enemies and avoiding scenery. Stages vary their settings and enemy formations, and weapon and power-up pickups appear as you fly. Because the route is set, progress depends largely on learning attack patterns and reacting to hazards on repeat attempts, with larger enemy encounters closing out sections. Presentation makes heavy use of the disc format for animated visuals and a full soundtrack, both hallmarks of early CD console releases. Controls are simple, covering movement and firing, so the challenge comes from timing and memorisation rather than complex inputs.
