Capcom Puzzle World is a PSP compilation of puzzle games from Capcom's arcade and console history. Its centrepiece is Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, a competitive falling-block game in which you clear coloured gems to drop counter gems on an opponent's side, with Street Fighter and Darkstalkers characters appearing as your on-screen fighters. The collection also includes single-screen action-puzzle titles built around popping, breaking and clearing objects across stage-based levels. Games can be played solo against the computer through their own progression modes, and competitive titles support head-to-head play using the PSP's wireless link. Options cover difficulty and display settings, and progress can be saved between sessions. Each game is selected from a shared menu, keeping the arcade rules and scoring of the originals.
