College Hoops 2K7 is a licensed college basketball simulation for the PlayStation 2, part of the 2K Sports basketball line. It features real NCAA Division I programmes, arenas, uniforms and fight songs, with broadcast-style commentary and crowd presentation that reflects the college atmosphere. On the court, play centres on half-court sets, shot timing, post play and defensive positioning rather than arcade dunk contests. Off the court, a career mode puts you in charge of a programme, handling recruiting, player development, scheduling and the road through conference play to the postseason tournament. Exhibition games, tournament setups and multiplayer options round out the modes. Sliders and difficulty settings let you tune the pace and realism of games, and season statistics are tracked for teams and individual players.
