Dragonball: Evolution for PSP is a fighting game tied to the live-action Dragon Ball film. Matches are one-on-one duels in 3D arenas, with combos, blocks, throws and energy attacks built around a ki meter you fill and spend on stronger special moves. The roster draws on characters from the film's version of the story, including Goku and Piccolo, and fights take place in locations matching the movie's settings. Alongside single fights, the game includes a story-driven progression mode that strings battles together, plus modes for practice and repeated bouts. Characters can be developed between fights, letting you adjust their abilities before heading into the next matchup. Ad hoc wireless play allows two players with their own systems to fight each other.
