Racing for Home is a mission-based driving game built around the television series The Dukes of Hazzard. You drive the General Lee as Bo and Luke Duke through Hazzard County, taking on objectives such as chases, deliveries, time-limited runs and escapes from the local law. Characters from the show, including Boss Hogg and Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, appear as part of the story framing. The driving model is arcade-style, with dirt roads, jumps and open countryside making up much of the terrain, and levels are structured as a series of tasks rather than conventional circuit races. Cutscenes and dialogue tie the missions together in the style of a television episode. It is aimed at fans of the series and of light licensed driving games.
