A Fistful of Boomstick puts you back in the boots of Ash Williams, once again facing an outbreak of Deadites. Played from a third-person perspective, it is an action game built around brawling through streets, buildings and sewers while switching between melee weapons, firearms and Ash's chainsaw. Enemies come in waves, and crowd control matters as much as accuracy. Alongside the weaponry you collect pages of incantations that grant spells, giving you additional options against tougher opponents. Environments break apart and can be scavenged for makeshift weapons and ammunition. Bruce Campbell provides Ash's voice, keeping the wisecracking tone of the films intact between fights.
