EyeToy: Kinetic is a fitness title for the PlayStation 2 that uses the EyeToy USB camera to track your movements in your living room. The camera places you on screen and reads your arm and body positions, so exercises are performed by physically reaching for and striking targets rather than pressing buttons. Sessions are guided by an on-screen trainer who explains each routine and gives feedback as you work through it. Activities draw on martial arts-style strikes, cardio drills, and slower toning and flexibility work, with the game arranging them into structured workouts. You can follow longer scheduled programmes that build over repeated sessions or pick individual exercises to practise. You need clear floor space in front of the camera to play.
