Fighting Force is a 3D beat 'em up for the PlayStation 1. You choose one of four street fighters and move through city streets, warehouses, offices and other locations, punching, kicking and throwing waves of enemies. Characters differ in speed, reach and strength, and you can pick up bottles, pipes, crates and firearms from the environment, with much of the scenery breakable. Levels branch at points, so different routes lead to different areas and boss encounters. Enemies attack from all sides in fully 3D arenas rather than a single plane, and health pickups are scattered through the stages. Two players can play cooperatively on the same screen, with friendly fire and shared enemy crowds shaping how you fight together.
