A Grand Theft Auto game built for PSP, set in Vice City. You play as Victor Vance, whose army career falls apart and who becomes involved in the city's criminal business. Missions come from a range of contacts, while the city itself is open to roam between jobs, with cars, motorcycles, boats and helicopters to commandeer. Alongside the story, you can claim empire sites and run different kinds of illegal businesses, upgrading them and fending off rival attacks as they bring in money. Side activities and challenges are dotted around the map, and licensed radio stations play while you drive. The handheld release keeps the series' third-person over-the-shoulder view and mission-based structure in a form suited to shorter sessions.
