A monster-building adventure for the PlayStation 2 in which you assemble your own creature from parts you collect and craft. You gather components and then construct arms, legs, torsos and heads, drawing on different scientific disciplines so that a monster can be built from biological, alchemical or mechanical parts, each with its own attacks and properties. Crafting is handled through mini-games that produce the components, and the resulting parts are bolted onto your creature in a workshop before you head out. Combat is fought in turn-based encounters against other creatures, where the parts you have equipped determine your available attacks at close and long range. Exploration takes you across a gothic setting divided into regions, gathering materials and taking on the game's rival scientists.
