Pajama Sam is a point-and-click adventure game aimed at younger players, starring a boy who puts on a homemade superhero costume complete with mask, cape and flashlight. Play is built around exploring cartoon environments, clicking on scenery and characters to talk, collect items and solve gentle puzzles by combining what you find. Progress comes from working out where objects belong rather than from reflexes or timing, and there is no way to fail or lose. Scenes are hand-drawn and fully voiced, with plenty of optional clickable jokes and animations hidden around each screen. Puzzle solutions vary between playthroughs in the series, so items can turn up in different places. Controls are simple, using the cursor to look, take and use.
