An action game for PlayStation 2 tied to the Clone Wars animated series. You alternate between Jedi and clone trooper characters across the campaign: Jedi levels lean on lightsaber combat, Force powers and platforming, while clone trooper levels focus on blaster fire and cover-based shooting. Missions send you through droid-held territory on several worlds, with cutscenes between stages continuing the story in the style of the show. Two players can play together on a split screen in a drop-in, drop-out arrangement, and either can switch characters at set points. Along the way you collect items scattered through the levels and can spend them on upgrades and unlockable extras. Enemies are drawn mainly from the Separatist droid army, including battle droids and larger armored units.
