An action-adventure game that retells the events of Episode I across a series of levels. You play as multiple characters over the course of the story, including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Queen Amidala and Captain Panaka, each with their own weapons: the Jedi use lightsabers and Force abilities, while the others rely on blasters. The view is a third-person camera looking down on the action as you move through Trade Federation ships, Tatooine settlements, the swamps of Naboo, the city of Theed and the Naboo palace. Play mixes combat against battle droids and local creatures with exploration, key hunting, conversations with non-player characters and shops where you can buy equipment. Boss fights include encounters drawn directly from the film's story.
