Street Hoops is an arcade-style streetball game played on outdoor blacktop courts rather than in professional arenas. Teams are small-sided, and the rules are loose: there are no referees, contact is tolerated, and matches are won by hitting a target score. You create and outfit your own players with licensed street clothing and footwear, then take them through a tour of courts in different American cities, earning money and reputation as you win. Games are played to a mixture of dunks, blocks and trash talk, with a hip-hop soundtrack running underneath. Modes include single exhibition games, tournament play, and multiplayer matches on one console, plus options to wager on the outcome of games and unlock new gear and characters.
