Smash-Up is a multiplayer brawler built around the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Rather than a health-bar fighter, matches place several characters in a single arena where you knock opponents around, use the terrain, and grab items that appear during the fight. Up to four players can compete locally, and matches can be set for points or stock. The roster is drawn from the Turtles cast, including the four brothers and a selection of allies and villains, each with their own moves and reach. Stages are themed around locations from the series and include hazards and shifting elements that change the flow of a round. Alongside versus play there is a single-player path with fights strung together against computer opponents, plus unlockable content earned through play.
