The Sims 2 on PSP is a handheld entry built around exploration and story rather than the household-building focus of the computer game. You create a Sim, then travel through a town and its surrounding locations, meeting residents, taking on objectives and uncovering what is going on in the area. Needs such as hunger, energy and hygiene still have to be managed, and money earned along the way pays for items and improvements. Interactions with other characters build relationships and open up new tasks, while the game moves your Sim between distinct places as the story progresses. Sims speak in the series' invented language, and play mixes conversation, errands and light management from a third-person view.
