Thrillville on PlayStation Portable is a handheld version of the theme park game that combines building with hands-on play. You design and place roller coasters and other attractions, lay out paths and shops, and handle pricing and staffing to keep your park running. You can also move around the park as a character to ride the coasters, chat with guests to find out what they want, and play the arcade cabinets and midway games as separate minigames. A campaign sends you through a series of parks with objectives to meet, and other modes allow freer building and riding. The minigames are short and self-contained, which suits the portable format for brief sessions between the longer construction work.
