Twisted Metal: Head-On is a vehicular combat game for the PlayStation Portable. You choose a driver and their armed vehicle, then battle in arenas until every rival is wrecked. Weapon pickups supply homing missiles, mines, machine gun ammo and health, and each car carries a unique special attack alongside its own mix of speed and armor. Arenas are set in cities and other locations, with destructible objects, ramps and hidden paths to exploit. The single-player tournament links the stages together with short story sequences for each character. Multiplayer battles are supported over the PSP's wireless connection, letting several players fight in the same arena on the go.
