Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade is an action role-playing game for the PSP played from an overhead perspective. You choose from several character classes with different combat styles and skill trees, then work through dungeons, caves and outdoor areas, clearing groups of enemies with melee attacks, ranged weapons and special abilities. Defeated foes drop gold and equipment, and loot drives much of the progression as you swap in better weapons and armor and spend points to unlock new skills. A town hub serves as the base for buying supplies, repairing gear and taking on quests. Multiplayer lets several players team up on one adventure over a local wireless connection. The structure emphasizes repeated dungeon runs and character building over lengthy story sequences.
