Worms Armageddon is a turn-based artillery game played on 2D destructible landscapes. You control a team of worms and take turns moving, aiming and firing at the opposing squads, with wind and terrain affecting where your shots land. The arsenal ranges from straightforward bazookas and grenades to oddities like the Holy Hand Grenade and the Concrete Donkey, and tools such as the ninja rope, girders and jetpack let you cross gaps and reposition before the turn timer runs out. Falling into the water means a worm is gone for good. Alongside single-player missions and training exercises, you can set up custom matches against the computer or pass the controller between friends. Team names, worm names and weapon settings can all be adjusted before a battle begins.
