Minority Report on Game Boy Advance is an action game based on the science-fiction film. You control John Anderton, a lawman on the run, working through a series of stages set in city streets, buildings and industrial areas. Play is combat-focused: you punch, kick and throw enemies who block your path, use weapons and objects when they are available, and move between areas while pursuers close in. Sections break up the fighting with platforming and chase segments that require timed jumps and quick movement. Levels are laid out as linear routes with waves of opponents to clear before you can advance, and a health meter tracks how much punishment you can take. The presentation uses the film's near-future setting for its environments and enemy types.
