Motorhead is an arcade-style racing game for the original PlayStation. You race high-speed cars on fictional circuits, choosing a machine and working through races and championship events against AI opponents. Handling favours immediate arcade response over simulation detail, with heavy braking into corners and drifting through long sweepers, and cars can be knocked around by contact with rivals and barriers. Tracks mix road and closed-circuit settings with tunnels, banked turns and roadside scenery that streaks past at speed, and the sense of velocity is central to how the game plays. Progression unlocks further vehicles and events as you finish ahead of the field. A driving-music soundtrack and a low, close-to-the-tarmac chase camera round out the presentation. Multiplayer is available for racing against another player.
