Power Stone 2 expands the Dreamcast arena fighter to support up to four players at once. Fights take place in 3D stages that shift and break apart as you play, changing the layout mid-match and forcing you to keep moving. Weapons and objects litter the arenas, and collecting three Power Stones lets a fighter transform into a stronger form with special attacks. Alongside the versus matches there is a single-player mode that strings battles together, and items you win can be gathered and combined into new equipment to take back into the ring. The cartoon art style and roster of the first game carry over, with additional characters added.
