The Sega Saturn release of Rampage World Tour puts you in control of a giant monster tearing through cities around the world. Play is viewed from the side: you climb buildings, punch through walls and floors, and keep going until each structure falls. Eating people and food inside buildings restores your health, and some pickups have unexpected effects. Tanks, helicopters and armed troops shoot at you throughout, so managing health while demolishing is the main challenge. Finishing a city moves you to the next stop on the tour. Two players can share the screen and either work together or fight over food and punch one another. The control scheme is limited to movement, punching, jumping and climbing.
