ChuChu Rocket is a puzzle game for the Dreamcast in which you guide mice, the ChuChus, across a wraparound grid and into rockets while keeping them away from prowling cats. You do not control the mice directly. Instead you place directional arrows on the floor to steer anything that walks over them, then watch the chain of movement play out. The single-player puzzles ask you to solve fixed layouts with a limited supply of arrows. The multiplayer mode is faster and more chaotic, with several players dropping arrows in real time to pull mice toward their own rocket and shove cats toward everyone else's, plus special panels that scramble the board. Presentation is simple and cartoonish, with a top-down view and bright, flat colors.
