Metropolis Street Racer is a Dreamcast driving game set on circuits laid out in real city streets, including London, Tokyo and San Francisco, recreated with landmarks and signage. Rather than simply placing first, you earn Kudos, a rating that rewards clean, stylish driving: tidy lines, controlled slides and overtakes without contact. Crashing and scraping walls costs you, so races reward restraint as much as speed. Events are grouped into a long series of challenges spanning circuit races, time trials and one-on-one contests, with cars unlocked as your Kudos total grows. Handling sits between arcade and simulation, with licensed road cars rather than racing machines. In-game radio stations present music with DJ chatter, and the time of day in each city reflects local time.
This listing is for an authentic original disc — no reproductions. Every product we sell is cleaned and tested before it ships, and our games are backed by a 1-year warranty. Choose Game Only or Complete (CIB) above.
