A side-scrolling beat 'em up for the Sega Genesis, adapted from the Fist of the North Star manga with its names and references changed for release outside Japan. You play a martial artist named Aarzak, travelling across a post-apocalyptic landscape and fighting through groups of enemies with punches and kicks. Progress is structured as a branching set of areas selected from a map, with boss fights closing out each route. A power meter fills as you fight, and when it is full your character bulks up and hits considerably harder, so timing when to engage tougher opponents matters. Defeated enemies burst apart in the style of the source material. Movement is deliberate and attacks are limited to a small set of moves, keeping the focus on spacing and positioning.
