A first-person dungeon crawler for the Sega Genesis and an early entry in the Shining series. You play a young hero searching for his missing father and the kingdom's vanished champions, descending into a vast labyrinth beneath the castle. Movement is grid-based, step by step through corridors and doors, with turn-based battles against monsters that appear as you explore. You control a small party, choosing attacks, spells and items from menus, and return to the town hub to rest, save, buy equipment and revive fallen members. Progress depends heavily on mapping the maze, tracking keys and shortcuts, and building up your party's levels before pushing deeper toward the boss guarding each area.
